I'm going to make you watch, Star Wars: The Holiday Special
You will cry...You will cry...When you see…A masturbating Wookie.
Most annoying cooking show
Girly looking Luke
Slowest most boring tutorial of how to make a transmitter
When you see Mos Eisley...A scum of hive and villainy… is crying like babies that their cantina is closing down as they watch Bea Arthur from Golden Girls sing.
Note- The Holiday Special is an obscure TV special that only aired once on TV. George Lucas hated it so much that he doesn't want it to air again and never to be put on VHS/DVD/Blu-Ray/Etc. You can only find a low-quality version somewhere on the internet to watch.
Mark Hamill had a car accident during the final days of shooting A New Hope that scarred him and he had to get surgery for his face. He had wear alot make up on his face for the Holiday Special but the end results is weird. He looks girly.
In Empire Strikes Back, the 1st thing that happens to Luke is he gets smacked in the face from a Wampa. If you see any facial scars throughout episodes 5 and 6, well that's maybe the movie's explanation why he got those.
Here is a clip of some of the weirdest moments from the Special

One of the few positive things people said is there is a cartoon in middle of the special that shows the very first appearance of Boba Fett that predated his appearance in Empire.
5. That they added a beak to the Sarlacc
Note#1- In the late 90s, the original Star Wars Trilogy was played in theaters with added/changed scenes. As the movies got re-release on DVD and later Blu-Ray and streaming, even more changes were added. These changes were controversial. People say the movies were fine as they are and the changes make things worse.
Lucas doesn't even bother released the unchanged version on DVD. They did got released later on cheap poor quality versions but that's it. I have heard the original Star Trek had updated graphics on DVD but gave the option to the viewers to go back the unchanged version.
I was little kid when Star Wars was airing on TV stations. It took a while before TV stations started airing the Special Editions. I vaguely remember the unchanged versions but Star Wars fanboys remember and posted all over the internet.
The most infamous change was the scene with Han and Greedo. Greedo had Han at gunpoint but Han suddenly shot the guy. People loved that scene because it showed Han as an antihero but George Lucas change it to where Greedo shot and miss Han by pointblank range and Han fired back. Not only it ruined Han's coolness as an antihero but Greedo missing looks silly.
Note#2- The original series ended with Luke looking at the ghostly images of Obi-Wan, Yoda, and his father. 20 years later after, the prequels were released and Lucas changed Anakin's ghost. This may or may not fixed up a plothole of why Anakin looks different. However, people were upset at the change. People say that Shaw is giving a warm smile while Christensen is giving a creepy smile. Also some people don't like Christensen or that Original Series purists want the Prequels completely separate from the original and an actor from the current running Prequels wasn't helping.
Note#3- Another hated change was Jabba had this musical scene of CGI creatures singing called Jedi Rocks. The CGI looks dated nowdays and the scene was really out of place.
The fanboys say *googles the word* that Lapti Nek is better. *Looks for it on youtube*
I seen it and it's does look more fitting and not out of place. The music fits with the criminal underworld atmosphere.
Note#4- Vader falling on his knees shouting, "Nooooo" was one of the most mocked scenes from Revenge of the Sith. Too bad the Blu-Ray version had Vader shouted that again when he charge to the Emperor to save his son.
Note#5- This was one change that I clearly know that I hated before learning from the fanboys on the internet. The Sarlacc was this creepy pit monster in the sand. It was a bottomless pit with teeth. Lucas decided to insert a beak. This turns turn unknown creepy thing into an actual animal. It kinda ruined the scariness of the thing.
I'm going to make you watch Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith...You will cry...When you see Vader...Screaming "Nooooooooo!!!!!"
You cry when you see General Grievous.... Die as a pathetic weakling.
Shot through the heart, and your to blame Lucas. You give General Grievous, a bad name.
Note#1-At the very end of the movie where Anakin starts wearing his iconic outfit, the 1st thing he did was screaming "Nooooooo!!!" That scene looked silly and cartoonish when he scream those words. Vader only had 2 small scenes and this is what we got. The whole internet makes fun of this moment.
Note#2-
A year before Episode 3 came out, there was microseries called Clone Wars.(separate from the CGI show) The last episode of season 1 introduce General Grievous and he went up five Jedi and they were unable to lay a scratch on this guy. This really hype me up on seeing this guy in the upcoming movie. A 2nd season of Clone Wars came and the Jedi threw everything at him but nothing worked. Mace Windu manage to hurt Grievous, which explains why he's coughing in the movie(don't ask me why he's coughing in the CGI Clone Wars series).
When I saw the movie, he faced Obi-wan for a few minutes and the Jedi fired a blaster at the General's heart, which causes him to explode. I was in total WTF mode during that scene. This wasn't the cool cyborg that slaughters Jedi left and right, this man was a weakling.
He's back in the 2nd Clone Wars series that came a few years later but he was kinda closer to his movie portrayal, especially that gungan episode. Ughh! There were several episodes he got back to his awesomeness but not quite as much.
These two have conquered the grave, why can't the same thing happen to Grievous?
Disney better make him come back in one of their films.
1. I'm going to make you watch the theatrical movie, The Clone Wars. So what the heck is this? Is this Episode 2.5 or something? I'm confused? Whatever it is, it's dumb and for kiddies. What they making Star Wars like this, it's dumb.
2. That Anakin has some annoying apprentice.
Why he had an apprentice and why she never mention in Episode 3? Gosh she is annoying. There is no way she will ever become a fan favorite character like her having a heartwrecking season finale, or her having an epic duel with Maul(who is dead), or making a epic comeback in a sequel show, or appearing in a live-action show. Lamest character ever.
Oh gosh, I'm waiting for two more weeks for my Netflix and Amazon subscriptions to end so I can start streaming Disney+ but everyone but me won't shut up about Baby Jabba. Gosh, the spoilers, the memes, the merchandise. It will never end.
Note#1- The Clone Wars movie isn't really designed to be a theatrical film in the slightest. It's suppose to be the 1st few episodes of the upcoming show at the time that was edited into a "movie". Film critics bashed the film like no tomorrow. Causals came in and watch the film in confusion, wondering if this is episode 2.5 or something.
Overtime, people look back and said this should of been seen as pilot episodes standards and not by theatrical movie standards because it obviously wasn't mean to be a movie in the 1st place. Also, Clone Wars had a weak start and it's pilot "movie" and 1st season wasn't well beloved like the later seasons. Also the show quickly got more darker as the show went on, so it's stop being kiddy and more of a show that grown ups can enjoy.
Thankfully they learned their lesson for the sequel show Rebels and have their pilot on direct to DVD instead of theaters.
Thankfully they learned their lesson for the sequel show Rebels and have their pilot on direct to DVD instead of theaters.
Note#2- Anakin's apprentice wasn't very well liked at 1st. Over the seasons, she ended up becoming well beloved and now people cheer when she makes an appearance
Note#3-Yes, I'm poking fun of the whole Baby Yoda hype. I admit I didn't subscribed to Disney+ at the time, especially paying for a month's worth of content on a weekly show. I could be 2 years behind on Rebels and barely hear a spoiler but when you hear everyone around talking about the big reveal at the end of the 1st episode and everyone around you went on and on about Baby Yoda.
Baby Jabba aka Rotta was in the pilot episode that Anakin have to save. However Rotta didn't become ultra popular like Baby Yoda. One thing is most people want to avoid animated shows for some reason and stick to only live action. Also Rotta was only present in the pilot movie and never appeared again. He wasn't the 2nd main character of the show.
I just found it funny looking back that the 1st episode of this show basically has a Baby something
Here's the trailer
I just found it funny looking back that the 1st episode of this show basically has a Baby something
Here's the trailer
1. I'm going to spoil the new Star Wars...You cry...That Chewie gave his life to save Han's kids. That Han's son went to the dark side while his sister fights him. That Luke married the Emperor's assassin and the Emperor comes back as a clone. That Boba Fett is alive.
2. You will cry...That Admiral Ackbar had two lines.
What!? Nobody came to see the new movie to see Han, Luke, or Leia, they came to see Ackbar. If he has two lines, than what's the point of watching?
3.When you see a black Stormtrooper
What!? Aren't they clones of Jango Fett. Thanks alot JJ Abrams! Because of you, Star Wars is ruined forever!!!
5. That the cast from the Raid movies were totally wasted.
6. That TR-8R die too quickly.
*Warning Spoilers ahead, avoid next sentience if you haven't seen.*
8.That Luke doesn't show up till the very end and says nothing
Note#1- Well they are spoilers from a certain point of view. Just not the spoilers that matters to the movie. Most of the stuff I said is from the old Extended Universe before Disney decided to reboot the entire timeline outside the movies and Clone Wars show.
What's funny is half the stuff became true. I didn't know about who Kylo was, a certain character in Mandorlian appeared , or the whole plot of episode 9 when I was teasing people I know in IRL before Episode 7 premiered.
Note#2- I tease that Admiral Ackbar had two lines. Everyone knows that that he's a minor character and he's mostly popular from his famous meme quote "IT'S A TRAP!". It's obvious that him having two lines is a not big deal.
Note#3- People complain when they saw a black Stormtrooper in the trailers because all Stormtroopers are clones of Jango Fett. That's incorrect. At the end of the Clone Wars, the clones were very expensive and they aged rapidly. The clone program was shut down and majorly of the Stormtroopers were recruits.
While it wasn't mention in the movies alot, but you can tell the Stormtroopers are more of guys that were quickly hired and thrown into service than well trained mighty warriors. Plus, the Stromtroopers were infamously know for being bad shots.
Even if the new movie isn't part of the old EU, Rebels TV show is a part of the new Disney timeline and it has a clear explanation between Clone and Storm. Even within the new movie shows a member of the First Order mentioning he rather have clones in his service.
Note#4- Daniel Craig had a cameo where he was the Stormtroopers that fell for Rey's Jedi mind trick.
Note#5-The cast of the Raid movies were in the scene when they were dealing with Han and within a minute, they get attacked by a tentacle monster. We could of seen cool hardcore martial arts but sadly we didn't.
Go look up any fight scenes from Raid Redemption or Raid 2 to see how these guys fight. You can see why it's disappointing
Note#6-The one Stormtrooper nicknamed, TR-8R that gave Finn a beating has quickly became the "Boba Fett" of the film. Captain Phasma, the chrome-armored female Stormtrooper was intended to be the "Boba Fett" but it was really TR-8R that became famous. Sadly he died shortly after he was introduced. Don't worry, maybe he come back from the dead like Fett and Maul, or not.
Note#7-*spoiler warning*
Yeah, you don't see Luke to the very end of the movie and he doesn't say anything. I'm sure some fanboys were upset.
Here's the Trailer
I'm going to make you watch Star Wars: Rouge One...You will cry...That Kyle Katarn isn't in the movie.
Man, nobody came to see this to see these nobodies.
This is the guy that everyone wanted to see. So where is he?
You tell him Batman.
Note- The very 1st Star Wars movie's opening crawl said that Rebel spies have stolen the plans of the Death Star and gave them to Leia. This leads to the beginning of the movie of that flim.
The theft of the Death Star plans is an untold story that happen behind the scenes. At one point, there was a video game in the 90s called Dark Forces.
It was a Doom-clone with a Star Wars setting. The 1st mission for the game is Kyle Katarn is sent to steal the plans of the Death Star. Later missions happen some time after Episode 4 where he fights Dark Troopers.(Yes, Mandalorian stole from this.) There been sequels where Kyle becomes a Jedi. Kyle Katarn wasn't exclusive to the games themselves, he appeared in novels, comics, etc. He was a member of Luke's Jedi Order and a major player in these events.
Then one day in 2012, George Lucas sold Star Wars to Disney. Disney wanted to make new movies within a few years. However, there was a ton of stories that took place after Return of the Jedi. There be no way it would fit in it's timeline. So Disney decided that the entire Extended Universe(Every story outside of the 6 movies at the time and the TV show, Clone Wars), was wiped away and rebranded as Legends.
So the original timeline(that's outside of the movies) that was established was put into an alternate timeline while everything new be put into this brand new timeline.
When news that Rouge One is going to be the theft of the Death Star plans, people hope that Rouge One is a adaption of the classic video game.
Some fans were clinging to hope that the characters above were Kyle and his love interest, Jan Ors. The main heroine, Jyn Erso does sound similar to Jan Ors.
However, Rouge One is simply an original story that happens to be about the theft of the Death Star plans that happens behind the scenes before Episode 4.
Here's the trailer
1. You will cry...That Luke is squeezing boobies.
*Spoiler Warning. The entire remaining section will be talking all the major spoilers in the flick.*
2. That Admiral Ackbar died offscreen in a lame manner.
3. That Snoke dies halfway and you never get to know who he was.
But..but...my theories.
4. That the identity of Rey's parents is...no one special.
But..but my theories.
5. That after 30 long years since we last saw Luke...You will cry when you see Luke...as an emo hermit
6. That even Luke is now dead.
Note#1- Luke squeezed boobs is a joke I make to say to people who haven't seen The Last Jedi, just to watch their reaction. What I say is true, from a certain point of view. Really Luke goes to a random animal and suddenly milks it to pour it's green milk into a Luke's plastic bottle.
Note#2- The ship that the resistance is on got hit and killed several people on board. They mentioned several people who died later on from the attack, one of them was Admiral Ackbar.
Ackbar was a small background character from Return of the Jedi who is best known for the phrase that turn into a meme. "It's a trap!" He may of been a background character that wasn't a big deal but he does have his fans. People were not happy on how he was treated.
Some say that he should of took over while Leia was unconscious instead of Holdo. Ackbar could of been the one who went out in a blaze of glory by hyperdriving into the First Order's ship instead of some purple-hair lady who we barely know. Also talk to the crew, letting them know you have a plan instead of not letting them know of a plan that led to a mutiny.
Note#3- In Force Awakens, we were introduced to the mysterious Snoke who is the supreme ruler of the First Order.
Hundreds of theories of his identity came out since then. Midway in The Last Jedi, the heroine is introduced to the main villain himself face-to-face. The villain's apprentice, Kylo Ren suddenly killed him in a surprise attack and because of this event, we never learn who he was.
Kylo killing him and becoming the main baddie may be a neat twist but we were hyped up on Snoke for a movie and a half through his holograms projections. We finally see him...and he's dead.
Alot material came out since then, turns out he is created in a lab by Emperor Palpatine.
Note#4- Rey who is a girl left behind on the planet Jakku, wondered what happen to her parents in Force Awakens. This led to hundreds of theories who her parents are.
Well in the movie, Kylo Ren read into her mind and told her that her parents are people who gave up on her and traded her for drinking money. Her parents were no one special.
Some like the twist, others were upset. Some say that Kylo is lying and trying to get her on his side.
Note#5- Alot people were not happy on the new direction of Luke's character. Some like it that it shakes things up and surprises us. Others say this goes against everything about Luke's character. Even Hamill was surprised the direction they went with his character.
Note#6- Some people have heard what happen to Luke and asked me if this was true. I explain by telling the events of his force ghost appearing in the original Expanded Universe. Just to mess with them. However yes, from the actual movie. Luke is now gone.
*Spoiler Warning. The entire remaining section will be talking all the major spoilers in the flick.*
2. That Admiral Ackbar died offscreen in a lame manner.
What!? Why you kill off the coolest character in the franchise?
Man, nobody came to see Star Wars to see these bozos. They came to see Admiral Ackbar. If your killing him off, than what's the point of watching The Last Jedi?
But..but...my theories.
4. That the identity of Rey's parents is...no one special.
But..but my theories.
5. That after 30 long years since we last saw Luke...You will cry when you see Luke...as an emo hermit
6. That even Luke is now dead.
Yup, Luke died at some point that you see his force ghost 130 years after the Battle of Yavin. What? Why are you looking at me like that?
Note#1- Luke squeezed boobs is a joke I make to say to people who haven't seen The Last Jedi, just to watch their reaction. What I say is true, from a certain point of view. Really Luke goes to a random animal and suddenly milks it to pour it's green milk into a Luke's plastic bottle.

The comic adaptation at least showed you his final moments.
Imagine Ackbar did this.
Some joke and say the Snoke is the Stormtrooper that bump his head in Episode. 4, which expands the head scar.
Darth Plagueis was the most popular theory. With Disney hitting the reboot button, Plagueis can look whatever he can now instead of his established look in the original Extended Universe. Plus Plagueis being alive is plausible since it's only a tale told from Palpatine and for all we know, he may of told some half-truths in his tale.
Some say she's Luke's daughter. Some saw Obi-Wan's. Maybe Palepatine's. Some joked Luke and Leia's(eww), Others say Erza and Sabine from Rebels(2-tanned skinned people producing a fair-skin baby is kinda sketchy), Some say she's Han and Leia's, meaning Kylo is her bro and this is an adaptation of Jaina Solo vs Jacen Solo aka Darth Caedus.
The original Kylo Ren vs Rey...Well if she was his sister.
It's sad. Han died in the last movie, Leia died in real life, now Luke is gone(and Ackbar) Everyone is dying.
1. You will cry...That they recast Harrison Ford.
2. That they can't adapt the Han Solo Trilogy now that Rouge One rewrote the story of the theft of the Death Star plans.
Solo is not an adaptation of any of the Expanded Universe story. They may take certain material from the old timeline but it's not an adaptation.
However in Solo, it's simply an implied death, meaning she may not be dead.
*Warning!! Ending Spoilers* Skip to the next movie
Note#5- At the very end of the movie, the man whose secretly in charge of Crimson Dawn is Maul himself. This confused alot people because the last time most moviegoers saw him is when he got "killed" by Obi-Wan.
However in the TV show, Clone Wars, the end of season 4 revealed that Maul was alive.
I like to toy around with people that it's incest. Episode 1 had Anakin with a mysterious virgin birth. In Episode 3, Palpatine was telling Anakin about Plagueis the Wise and he had the power to create life. People took this as a clue for the answer to Anakin's virgin birth. I saw something years ago that the EU wrote how Palpatine and (mainly)Plagueis were experimenting around with midi-chlorians and the force counteract by making Anakin's mom preggers.
However it seems others had made the joke Rey and Kylo being incest as well. What made the joke became more mainstream is a more recent comic of Vader seeing a vision.
Because of Mickey hitting the reboot button. Chewie came back from the dead, only to watch everything he loves dies. :(
I'm going to make you watch Solo: A Star Wars story and...Err yeah, that's the title and he made up his last name on the fly.
1. You will cry...That they recast Harrison Ford.
2. That they can't adapt the Han Solo Trilogy now that Rouge One rewrote the story of the theft of the Death Star plans.
3. That you didn't see Tag and Bink.
Man, no one came to see Solo to see Han and Chewie, they came to Tag and Bink...if they ain't here, then what's the point of watching?
4. That Aurra Sing dies offscreen.
What!? Great, 1st Ackbar dies now her. How can you kill off a popular character like that?
*Major major spoilers ahead. Skip to the next part if you don't want to be spoiled.*
5. That Maul is back from the dead with no explanation. Great, 1st Tseng in FF7: Advent Children, then Barricade and Wheelie randomly came back from dead from Transformers: The Last Knight and now this.
How are you alive? I watched Obi-wan sliced you in half in Phantom Menace and...Wait a minute, I actually seen Clone Wars and Rebels. So why am I writing this?
Note#1- There was some backlash that they recast Ford but the guy is in his 70s and this is a movie of his early adventures long before we saw him in Episode 4.
Heck, this isn't the first time that Ford was recast by younger actors. There was the Young Indiana Jones series where Indy is homeschool and traveling the world with his father and then his adventures in WWI as an adult. He meets many famous people from the early 20th century.
Note#2- I took a brief look at the summary of the Han Solo Trilogy. It was a trio of books from the pre-Disney Expanded Universe that told how Han meet Chewie and how he got involved with Jabba, Boba Fett, and Lando. One of them is Han's former love interest was part of the Rebels and one of the many people that helped get the Death Star plans to Leia's ship. With Disney rebooting everything outside of the movies, Rouge One ended up being the new story of how the Death Star plans got stolen.
Solo is not an adaptation of any of the Expanded Universe story. They may take certain material from the old timeline but it's not an adaptation.
Note#3-
Tag and Bink are a comical duo from a Star Wars comic miniseries. Their series isn't canon to the films nor to the expanded universe. Made by the same people who made the popular fanfilm, TROOPS.
They were two guys trying to survive and their meddling accidentally caused several events seen in the original trilogy. According to the comics, they are responsible for C-3P0 blowing up on Cloud City, the stormtroopers that didn't notice Kenobi powering down the tractor beam, and the death of "Many Bothams".
There was a prequel of them accidentally deleting a planet from the Jedi archives and giving Anakin (bad) lines to court Padme.
They were going to be in Solo during a small scene but their scene was cut.
Note#4-"You're Tobias Beckett. You killed Aurra Sing."
"Pushed her. Pretty sure the fall killed her."
―Lando Calrissian and Tobias Beckett
Aurra is a bounty hunter that was 1st seen in the Phantom Menace for a full three seconds during the pod racing scene. Star Wars does have the habit of making photo shoots of every single background character and make action figures of them and I do mean every single character. She did appear later in books and comics and a recurring character in Clone Wars.
He upgrade his robo-legs later on to look less robotic looking.
How exactly he cheated death was kinda laughable but some of the stories he appeared since his return were pretty epic and he was still alive during the events of the show, Rebels that takes place a few years before A New Hope.
While his survival from bisection was explained from the show, the problem is that most people didn't watch the show. Some people watch the movies and only them. You can't assume everyone is a hardcore fan of the franchise.
I'm going to make you watch Star Wars: Episode 9: Duel of the Fates.
You will cry...This Tor Valum contradicts the entire Rule of Two.
Wait, Darth Plagueis' master is alive? That doesn't make sense due to the Sith's Rule of Two meaning only a master and apprentice should be alive unless the dead person is alive and presumed dead.
That Rey and Poe are a couple.
Wait, wait, wait. That's completely random to pair them up like that, especially since it's the last movie and you had two movies to develop them. At least Kylo and Rey at least communicated with their magical bond.
That Duel of the Fates is sadly just a unused script written for Episode 9. Meaning no loyal Hux, no Luke haunting Kylo, extended Rose screentime, no Finn leading a rebellion, No Rey Solana, no Bossk cameo, no familiar planets like Coruscant, Mortis, or Mustafar.
*Major Spoilers for the whole thing*
1. You will cry tha....you know what, what's the point of watching? All the ideas that Force Awakens had were thrown out of the window when The Last Jedi came out, leaving little to nothing for the last movie. Also that everyone you love is dead and all you get is these characters who you barely know.
And all we get is these barely developed characters.
I'm sorry but the rest of you are simply acquaintances.
2. That they are totally ripping off of the Expanded Universe story, Dark Empire where the Emperor comes back in a clone body.
I know the Emperor coming back from the dead ruins Anakin being the chosen one of the prophecy. At least you can excuse Dark Empire being written before the Prequels came out but what's Rise of Skywalker's defense?
3. That Chewie dies midway. Well this is great, don't tell me they brought back Lando, just to kill him off.
Please don't
4. That Force Healing is a thing.
For those who never saw Clone Wars, Fives died knowing the secret of Order 66 that makes the Clone Troopers suddenly get brainwashed to kill the Jedi.
5. That fan favorite Ashoka is dead.(Maybe)
Wait, your gone too?
6. That Rey is a Palpatine. So if the Emperor is a grandfather, than that would mean that he....Eww! Eww! Eww!
7. Hux is working for the good guys. Wait what!?
The guy who gave a big speech and blew up planets!?
8. That Rey and Kylo made out.
Dudes, your basically siblings. That's gross man. Than again, this is the same franchise that has Luke and Leia kissing.
- Anakin got conceived when Palpatine and Plagueis were playing around with Midi-chlorians. Sort of making him the emperor's son in a way.
- Rey and Kylo are copies of Jaina and Jacen Solo from the pre-Disney Expanded Universe.
- Also Rey takes the Skywalker name with Luke and Leia's ghosts watching, meaning she's adopted into the family, which makes Kylo her bro or cousin.
Note#1-At first, it was mainly Han who died, which was a shock at the time. Ford said he thought his character should sacrifice himself way back in Return of the Jedi. However it got declined and that was the last Star Wars movie at the time while the entire Expanded Universe had rules not to killed off Han, Luke, and Leia.(You hear this Disney) Over the years, we all forgot about Ford's request, but then Force Awakens happens.
Next, Fisher died in real life just before the release of Last Jedi. That movie gave us Luke who was completely different from how he was in the original trilogy and seen as a huge disservice to his character. Then they ended it with Luke dead and some felt it was done in an uncaring manner, same with Ackbar. This is not what people wanted to see.
Episode 9 seem more respectable. Leia did died it was mainly because the actress was gone in real life and they can't keep using unused footage/body doubles/CGI stand-ins forever. Also you see everyone's sad reactions and had a funeral.Plus you see Ackbar's son that can seen at the Resistance base, instead watching Ackbar get carelessly wasted.

The main cast could be potentially well developed characters but they never became that. Episode 8 made it worse for them. Poe got caught up with the stupid mutiny storyline while Finn got caught up with the pointless casino sidequest. Rey is still seen as a Mary Sue. Episode 9 at least tried to somewhat fix it with them as a group going on treasure hunting missions, however it was too late with it being the last movie of the saga.
Note#2- There was a comic story that took place six years after Return of the Jedi where Palpatine came back by transferring his spirit into a clone body. Luke did turn to the dark side but Leia brought him back and they fought the Emperor together.
Note#3- There was a scene where Chewie was captured and taken off in a imperial ship. It gets destroyed and the main characters get upset. Then it was revealed that Chewie was on another nearby ship.
Note#4-
Force Heal isn't a new thing. It's been around in a ton of Legends/EU material. It was something movie-only fans saw it for the 1st time. Some asked why Force Heal couldn't been done before? There alot stuff that's been mention. Not everyone knows it's powers. Also Kylo dies when he transferred all his life to bring Rey back to the dead. You think Qui-Gon want his student to give his live, or Anakin's mother have her outlive her son?
Note#5- During the final battle with the emperor, Rey heard voices in her head to get back up and fight against the villain. Most of the voices were various Jedi with the very same actors. One of them was a major character called Ashoka who was last seen alive during the events of Episode 6 and later Mandalorian. Many people took the scene of the voices is that Ashoka is dead and her force ghost was talking to Rey. However one of the showrunners of Clone Wars, Rebels, the Mandalorian stated she isn't dead.
Note#6- Actually it was revealed from Episode 9's novelization that Rey's father isn't exactly emperor's son through natural means but an non-identical clone that ran off and fall in love with a woman.
There is a group of people that like Episode 8's twist that Rey is a nobody. She simply came from parents that sold her for drinking money, meaning that everyone can become a hero. Then Episode 9 with a different director decided to retcon Rey being related to the Emperor. People say imagine if Return of the Jedi had Vader lying to Luke that he is his father and his real father is elsewhere. Honesty, it didn't bug me but those who like the twist of Rey being a nobody say otherwise.

Note#7- My jaw dropped when it was revealed that Hux was a spy for the resistance. How can he be a good guy? He really doing this just to get back at Kylo. It be like Starscream helping the Autobots, just to get back at Megatron. Even still, I can't imagine him putting the First Order at risk like that.
Note#8- Rey and Kylo was a popular fanfic pairing back when The Force Awakens was out. A girl with a bad boy who may turn good. However it was hard to see them together because of Rey's mysterious parentage. Some saw her as Luke's long lost daughter or Han and Leia's. People wondered if Kylo is a copy of Jacen Solo/Darth Caedus, then Rey is a copy of Jaina Solo. The pairing got even more popular on The Last Jedi when they got some sort of magical bond. There was one scene she saw him shirtless and she became embarrassed to look. Well after Kylo became good and just before he died, they kissed.
Others believe the dark lord help conceived Anakin. However the guys behind the comic said that was not the case.
